The Outsider - A Poem By A Troubled Writer
The Outsider
When He was born, a weakness prevented him from connecting to the world.
When He was young, he watched the people around him interact in different ways, yet He did know how to interact.
When He moved to a new life, his weakness vanished, yet he still lacked the ability to interact, which would haunt him for years.
When He advanced in school, he faced many hardships by himself, some in which he created himself.
When He continued to move forwarded in school, he finally met people whom he could interact like everyone else.
While He was in school, he confused to many things that were never true.
When He trained in sports, he b

Chapter 3: Voices of Freedom
Martian found it odd getting used to his newly upgraded house. First, the house, once a single story, now had two stories of empty rooms, including a basement for storage. Luckily, his room was located on the first story, but hadn't changed shape or placement. In fact, his room was the only room not touched by the construction crew. Sekret's room was placed next to his, with a large bathroom adjacent from their rooms. Martian took the extra steps to add a locking mechanism to the bathroom, just in case Sekret was using the room to prevent accidents or some form of interruption. The kitchen had also been upgraded,

Chapter 2: Daytime Savings
The morning felt different in the new world. Instead of the slight twitching of a thread to alert of the morning, I awoke to the sound of a soft tapping on a wooden door. Soon I found myself drifting out of slumber and into a unfamiliar room, until I fully awoke did I relive I was in Martian's living room, using his couch as a makeshift bed until the building was enlarged. Raising my large body off the couch, I found a few loose metal springs sticking out of the soft surface. I hope Martian has no love towards the couch. The early morning air flooded the room, but I couldn't afford to enjoy the warmth of the sun, as

Chapter 1: Along Came a Spider...
It was another simple day for Martian, as he jogged on the barren road in the middle of nowhere, the sun shining brightly above him with crystal clear skies, with little to none clouds. Martian was a average built man, with black hair topping his head and brown eyes hidden behind a pair of crimson shades. Plugged into his ears were buds that blasted music into his mind, distracting him from the road ahead or his destination; a simple one story house that stood on the right of the road, painted white with a light brown roof. A pool could easily be seen behind the house, and a small garage that sat behind the
My earliest memory of my childhood was when I heard my parents argue above me about me again. Ever since I could remember, they always argued about me; my mother attempting to free me while my father went on how I was a 'monster' to everyone, and was better off rotting inn a cell. My cell was my 'room'; a dark room with no light and a cage around me with no bed or hint of heat. A wooden stairway stood in front of me with a door at the top with light through the cracks. Sometimes there would be no light through the cracks, just pure darkness and the cold. However, sometimes my mother would come visit me before she left, giving me scraps of foo

Honed - Prologue of my Life
........ For as long as I could remember, my life was never the same. When I was born, I wasn't loved nor cared for. My mother did her best to care for me, while my father grew a bitter hatred for me. I was taken from my family and plunged into darkness for a year, before being rescued by another family who pity my sadness. But even then my life was filled with hatred and sadness; from the darkness I was pulled into a world where people like me were often imprisoned or killed for being different on the outside. While I live, I struggle to fight my way into this world of separation, between humans and the Horned Ones.
My name is Morrigan Ston
